About Role
The Sales Manager will lead the branch Sales and Distribution function, driving growth/profit via strong pipeline and market engagement to achieve targets. Managing broker relationships, driving long term partnerships and profitable growth, managing branch’s sales budget and managing the performance and personal development of Account Managers.
About You
Proven successful track record of profitable business development with advanced sales, stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Experience of managing/developing broker relationships, with good understanding of commercial broker market. Technical expertise across commercial insurance, knowledge of underwriting & risk management. (Ref: RDT199)
